Refund policy

AGBOX Return or Refund Policy.

The product can be exchanged as long as:

• The customer received a product totally different from what he/she ordered.
• The product is damaged, broken or missing parts.
• The customer did not like the product, in this case the customer must pay the return waybill provided by AGBOX Mexico with a cost of $250.00 MX and the shipping waybill with a cost of $150.00 MX.

We do not make cash refund, the balance in favor remains, discounting the shipping cost to later occupy it in a new purchase.


Requirements for exchange or return:

• Send to the following contact (52) 55 3759 6934 evidence of the conditions in which the product arrived.
• Indicate if you require the product to be sent back in optimal conditions or if you prefer a credit balance.
• Indicate your order number

The exchange or return will be valid within 15 days after your purchase.

WARNING: For Sale Products, returns are not applicable unless the product has arrived damaged.
